Your Email is confirmed and this is where you will see your statements and other important information from the email address My Music Office.
You MUST have a health form for your student on file in order for you student to start practice. This form tells us any information we might need to care for your child should they need medication or have any type of emergency. Please fill out this paper form and have your student turn it in to the directors. if you submitted a form for rookie camp you have completed this step.
At least your first payment is due by June 1st in order to be registered. If you are an existing member who might have a balance in your account please check in MyMusicOffice or look for the last statement you got in email. If you have a previous balance it needs to be paid with your first payment. You can pay online with no additional charge by clicking here or you can deposit a check in the dropbox in our bandroom. Your student will not be allowed to practice if payment has not been made. We don't want anyone to miss the chance to march for financial reasons so If you have financial circumstances that prevent you from paying your fees we have options available that you can read about here and here..
5. Buy additional parade shirts or DCI tickets
If you want additional blue RCG tshirts like the ones the students wear in the parade they must be ordered by the last day of school on our website under Spiritwear. They are available at a cost of $7 each. Many parents get these to wear at football games or if they want to walk alongside at the parade and help water the marchers. Included in the price of marching band is one ticket to the Drum Corp International competition at Lucas Oil Stadium. if family members would like to purchase ADDITIONAL tickets so that they can go with us they can be found here.
