REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:

    Fill out the Registration Form for each student. This is form is used to collect current contact information for all new and returning band and guard members and their parents and guardians. We use this contact information to update our email announcements mailing list, the section/spirit rosters, and the fee billing system.

  2. Submit the initial deposit of $275 at the time of Registration (as described on the Fees Information page). METHODS OF PAYMENT:

    • Check made out to Royal Guardians - place in the metal lockbox in band room OR mail to HSE Royal Guardians, PO Box 7180, Fishers, 46038

    • Credit Card payment is accepted by clicking the button below:

  3. Please complete the health forms, attendance policy and payment plan prior to the first day of band camp in May. Marchers without completed forms may not be able to participate until complete as a safety precaution. We have moved all our forms online to Final Forms, the same program that HSE Athletics uses.

    1. You will need to create an account. Please click here to view instructions. When ready click on FINAL FORMS to register. Once parents complete their portion, the student portion will be emailed to them to sign. Your account will be GREEN once all components are complete.

  4. 2023 Spark! Parade Waiver – A parade waiver must be submitted in order to be eligible to march in the Sparke! Parade on June 24. Information on when and where to submit the Parade Waiver will be communicated.

ALTERNATIVE PE CREDIT

Students who participate in Marching Band are eligible to earn a one-time Physical Education credit by applying to the Alternative PE Program.
