A new form has been created to use when a reimbursement is needed for any out of pocket expenses a volunteer or Royal Guardian parent has incurred on behalf of the Royal Guardians.
The form will ask for you to list your name and address (if you would like the reimbursement check mailed to you). There is also a place for description of the expenses and amounts. Please be sure to attach all receipts when submitting for reimbursement. Create a PDF file for the receipts if you plan to email the form.
