Dear Percussion Students and Parents:

Together the HSE and Fishers High School percussion programs are excited to present to you a great learning and performing opportunity for beginning to intermediate level percussionists – the HSE All-District Junior High Percussion Camp. This exciting camp focuses on developing "total percussion" skills. Students enrolled in the camp will study percussion by participating in percussion ensembles and attending workshops in technique, percussion styles, percussion maintenance, and more. Students will be placed in percussion ensembles and small groups according to grade level and experience where they will work with both directors and high school mentors. In technique classes, students will study techniques for different facets of percussion: including snare drum, keyboard percussion, timpani, multiple percussion, drum-set, symphonic percussion, world percussion and DRUMLINE! We hope that you will join us for this fun event.
